Wednesday Riggies are the bomb. Service has been great both times i've been there as well.
So there isn't much to say other than the floors aren't even, the beers cold and the bathroom is super clean. Awesome dance floor and pretty cool John Wayne memorabilia. This is probably the best bar in Phoenix. Bartender was really great and fun.
5 stars because they host a legendary pig roast during the summer for their devoted patrons in addition to what they do best every day and night! This is your archetypal snowmobiler's bar, something my sister and her husband discovered is quite a crowded subcategory of biker/dive bars when you relocate to central NY state. Luckily this one is great and is around the corner from their house. When mom visits the same time I do then the 3 of us (sis, b-i-l, and I) get to all go out together instead of just the b-i-l, who is in love with Amy the bartender (disclaimer, so am I, if she and I happened to be lesbians or bi- then I would want her to be my girlfriend for at least a day.... or even an hour ;) Solid bar (they carry Makers Mark!), super cheap (especially if you're visiting from San Francisco), great bar food (excellent chicken fingers and fries, tacos are great and cheap, and steamed clams, too!) friendly bartenders (and the owner is on premises a lot) a pool table and darts, and an internet jukebox so I can find obscure 80's punk and pay to have it played before all the country music that others have picked and the same Kid Rock, Metallica and Breaking Benjamin tunes that the b-i-l tries to play every single time he steps into the place! I get wasted here a lot when I'm on vacation, visiting my family.

What a hole in the wall bar!! Fantastic!! This place hasn't changed since I first came here in the 90s. Best bartenders around, one of them actually bartenders at multiple bars. This place appears to have a rough crowd at first glance. Don't judge a book by its cover. The crowd looks rough but are a very friendly blue collar crowd. The food here is so darn good. Awesome food that is prepared by the bartenders. I've had tons of the delicious fried food on the menu as well as the pizza, both great. The wings are so huge and so tasty! Try the buck seasoned wings best combo I've had in a while. These bartenders know how to fry food to perfection, they should train some of the pizza joints. It seams locals get food to go here. I know it's the quality and prices. Not sure how they can be competitive with prices especially when most bars are getting $16 for 10 wings. Come here you won't regret it. I'll be there usually on Sunday for the games. PRO TIP wings are on special during SU and NFL games.
